KOMAN Government Solutions (KGS) is looking for a dedicated Environmental Project Manager based in Exton, PA, on a hybrid work schedule. The PM will collaborate with DoD clients on environmental investigations, remediation, O&M, and LTM projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing environmental projects for Federal clients, is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, resourceful, and performs well under pressure.

* Develop cost estimates based on customer scope of work and assist in project costing
* Support business development, proposal pricing, and marketing efforts
* Prepare subcontractor/vendor solicitations and review proposals
* Prepare technical and price proposals for projects
* Manage procurement, scheduling, and project deliverables
* Support project management activities as assigned
* Implement safety and quality control measures
* Coordinate project from start to finish
* Perform operational tasks efficiently
* Identify issues and suggest improvements
* Manage budgets and schedules
* Track project progress and communicate with team
* Oversee project financials, contracts, and payments
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
* Professional registration (PE or PG) preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of management experience
* Experience with federal government contracting preferred
