Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newquay for the position of Head of Business. The Head of Business will lead and oversee daily operations, strategize to achieve business goals, and manage finances, including budget planning and cost efficiency measures. Responsibilities also include managing and mentoring teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth to meet targets. The role requires expertise in leadership and aligning business objectives to foster success across all areas.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational processes, track performance metrics, and make informed business decisions
* Experience in Finance, including budget management, cost control, and financial planning
* Proven Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and support team members effectively
* Expertise in Customer Service to uphold and deliver a high-standard client experience
* Proven track record in Sales, including achieving targets and improving business profitability
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields are preferred
