Basic salary of £30,000-£35,000, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
As a Junior People Partner at Lithia UK, you will support the delivery of our people strategy across our Stratstone Prestige division, working alongside some of the world’s most respected and prestigious automotive brands; Audi, Mercedes‑Benz and BMW/MINI.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking to build their partnering experience within a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. You’ll work closely with dealership leadership teams and the wider HR function to provide practical, solutions‑focused HR support that enables strong operational performance and a positive colleague experience.
You’ll play an important role in supporting talent, engagement and employee relations activity across the division. With guidance from senior HR leaders, you’ll help implement initiatives that drive consistency, capability and continuous improvement.
How you’ll make an impact as a Junior People Partner:
* Support the delivery of divisional people plans aligned to business objectives, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently across your areas
* Build strong working relationships with dealership leaders, providing practical, solutions‑focused HR guidance that supports day‑to‑day business performance
* Contribute to organisational planning by supporting workforce planning and succession discussions, helping ensure the right capability is in place
* Strengthen the talent pipeline by supporting attraction, onboarding and development initiatives that enhance colleague capability and retention
* Promote a high‑performance culture by reinforcing performance management processes and supporting managers to set clear expectations
* Support colleague engagement and inclusion initiatives, helping leaders implement action plans that enhance morale and team effectiveness
* Ensure operational excellence in HR delivery by working closely with HR Support functions across payroll, onboarding, compliance and policy adherence
* Provide hands‑on support during periods of change, assisting managers and teams to navigate transitions with clear communication and consistency

* CIPD qualified (or working towards) - bringing a genuine passion for HR excellence and the development of high performing people and teams
* Experience in a HR Advisor or developing HR Business Partner role within a fast‑paced environment
* An exceptional relationship builder, trusted at every level of the organisation and adept at navigating complexity with sound judgement and professionalism
* A highly effective communicator, articulating ideas with clarity and authority, both in writing and in person to ensure alignment and engagement
* Proactive, resilient, and accountable, taking ownership of outcomes, maintaining momentum, and bringing positive energy to every challenge
* Organised and composed under pressure, with the ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining quality and attention to detail
* Commercially astute and solutions focused, applying creativity and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles and unlock opportunities
* Self‑motivated and collaborative, equally comfortable operating autonomously or contributing to a high‑performing team environment that values shared success
