Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Van/Car Mechanic role located in Southampton at Baram Limited. The Van/Car Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, ensuring overall vehicle functionality, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles, identifying problems, conducting repairs, and testing vehicle performance to ensure safety and reliability.
Qualifications
· Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair skills
· Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Automotive skills
· Proven ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Certification in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred
What you'll be doing
· Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of cars/vans
· Performing routine maintenance, servicing, and MOT prep and on site repair with the occasional call out
· Identifying mechanical and electrical faults with accuracy
· Providing excellent service and honest advice to our drivers
· Keeping the workshop clean, organized, and safe

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our garage in [Southampton)
