This international law firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor to join their client, a major utilities company. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 PQE and can be based in Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds. The On-Site Team consists of around 20 Solicitors and Paralegals, divided into 6 practice groups:
* Property
* Commercial
* Litigation
* Construction
* Operations and Regulatory
* Competition
The Commercial team comprises 5 lawyers. The role reports to the Principal Lawyer within the Commercial team. The team works 2-3 days in the office per week, with the rest remotely.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1-6 PQE
* Experience with various types of contracts, including operation and maintenance, goods, services, outsourcing, and consultancy. Familiarity with IT contracts, including software licensing and SaaS models, is advantageous.
Salary: £65,000+ per annum.
