About The Role
As an Engineer, in this role, you will have the opportunity collaborate closely with cross-functions teams in a dynamic environment. Roles are tailored to your own strengths and business needs, offering exposure to diverse engineering functions. We are a flexible, responsive organisation invested in your development, providing close support to ensure the right fit and ongoing growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Learn and support all stages of the aluminum casting process, including pattern making, molding, melting, casting, finishing, and inspection.
* Assist engineering projects to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
* Help with CAD design and engineering drawings, and work with production teams to resolve technical issues.
* Contribute to quality assurance activities and collect/analyse production data to recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and achieve project goals.
Who We're Looking For
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or related technical disciplines.
