The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a lively, hardworking, and dedicated kitchen team.
Our client is passionate about fresh, local produce, cooking in-house and keeping our menus seasonal. Alongside our core menu, we run a weekly changing specials board, meaning there are always new ideas, dishes, and flavours coming out of the kitchen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef who thrives in a busy pub kitchen, enjoys creative input, and takes pride in producing high-quality, fresh food. You'll work closely with the Head Chef in a well-structured kitchen, helping to maintain standards, support the team, and keep service running smoothly.

Average covers:
* Midweek: 45–60 covers per day
* Friday & Saturday: 45–80 covers per day
* Sunday: 50–80 covers

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef (or strong Junior Sous ready to step up)
* Passion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food
* A reliable, hardworking team player with a positive attitude
* Someone who enjoys contributing ideas and supporting menu development
* Calm and organised under pressure
* Commitment to high kitchen standards and teamwork
