TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a well-established property and construction business.
This role is perfect for someone who's highly organised, proactive, and enjoys keeping projects on track - working closely with site teams, clients, and residents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
 * Support day-to-day contract administration and coordination between teams
 * Maintain trackers, records, and reports to monitor project progress
 * Liaise with agents and suppliers to arrange property access and deliveries
 * Prepare estimates and assist with monthly reporting
 * Act as a key point of contact for client and resident queries
What We\'re Looking For
 * Minimum 2 years\' experience in an office-based admin role
 * Strong organisational and communication skills
 * Confident using Microsoft Office and managing documentation
 * A team player who\'s comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Experience within property, construction, or procurement admin is a bonus.
