Key Responsibilities
Perform planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and mechanical repairs across all areas of the plant.
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities, equipment upgrades, and reliability-focused projects.
Conduct mechanical inspections, strip-downs, refurbishments, and overhauls.
Lead and support job change overs, ensuring tooling, machinery, and mechanical equipment are correctly adjusted, aligned, and prepared for production.
Support long-term maintenance planning and reliability initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.What We're Looking For
Time-served Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical fault-finding, fitting, and maintenance skills.Benefits
