JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor REPORTS TO: Commercial Manager / Nuclear Directors LOCATION: Office-based near Leicester WORKING PATTERN: Office based with the option to work from home 1–2 days per week SUMMARY OF ROLE An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team supporting projects within the nuclear division. The role will involve assisting with the commercial delivery of construction contracts while also supporting the estimating function during tender stages. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to manage project costs, support contract administration, and help ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual requirements. This role would suit someone with solid Quantity Surveying experience who is looking to further develop their commercial and estimating skills within a supportive team environment.
