Preference for the role is to be office‑based at the Bilfinger offices in Aberdeen, with an office/hybrid working arrangement available. Fully remote working may be considered for the right candidate.
Tasks and responsibilities
* Develop, review, and optimise NDT techniques, procedures, and inspection plans.
* Manage the selection, verification, and effective use of NDT equipment to support quality inspections.
* Implement and enforce radiation protection procedures, local rules, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct radiation monitoring, safety checks, and dose assessments to ensure safe operations.
* Lead incident response, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives related to NDT and radiation safety.
