Salary: £43,000 + 10% Bonus = £47,300 per annum

Job Summary
Our client is on the lookout for a committed and talented Maintenance Manager to join their dynamic team. Youll play a key role in in ensuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively, If you're an experienced Maintenance Manager with a background in building services we encourage you to apply.
As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for creating and operating viable and effective preventive maintenance programme for the whole site, including the building shell and surrounding grounds.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Guaranteeing that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and securely, and in line with company policies and procedures and current health and safety legislation.
Monitoring the basic fixtures and fittings of the building are always maintained to the highest standards of order and tidiness.
Adhering to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site, keeping up to date & accurate records.
Directly manages the club Maintenance Engineer and organises work rotations and individual assignments.
Managing the monthly budget for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Club in collaboration with the General Manager and Operation Manager.
Acts as point of contact for all external technicians and companies.
Fulfilling Duty Shifts when required, therefore having responsibility and accountability during the shift, controlling staffing and facility issues throughout the club
Requirements
A technical Level 2 qualification of City & Guilds (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC) equivalent or higher and 5 years' experience within a relevant sector.
