Offshore Commissioning Client Representative - OSS

Required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Scotland.


Responsibilities

1. Participate in on-site Commissioning Meetings to coordinate the commissioning scopes.
2. Attend Site Acceptance Tests on behalf of the Client to ensure equipment is tested in line with ITP, relevant standards, and Client Employer's Requirements.
3. Manage interface commissioning activities between SEL and Client equipment.
4. Liaise with the SEL quality team to inspect and sign off punch list items.
5. Review relevant Contractor Commissioning Programmes and documentation to confirm they meet Employer's Requirements and standards.
6. Create operational instructions/guides for each piece of equipment for the project's lifetime.
7. Assist Package Engineers in answering TQ's, reviewing designs, raising issues, and providing guidance based on lessons learned and experience.
8. Collaborate with Contractor Commissioning Teams and SAP Team to produce and plan Commissioning Switching Programmes for energisation and live testing.


Requirements

* 10 years of commissioning experience.
* Extensive knowledge of Power Systems and equipment.
