The Successful Applicant
* Candidate should have extensive experience in garment manufacturing and its processes, P&L management, Quality Assurance, and Import and Export standard procedures, and implementing Lean manufacturing methods.
* They must be resilient, flexible, results oriented and values centred.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English), Leadership skills, mentoring and team building skills, problem solving skills, and has a "hands on" approach to work.
* They must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Factory manager having lead 2,000-3,000 employees. University degree of manufacturing. Industrial engineering, o any Business Course.
