Job Title: Semi-skilled Engineer
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £15 – £18 per hour (DOE) - £35,000 - £42,000
Hours: 45 hours/week Double Day Shift
* Week A: 6am – 3pm
* Week B: 1pm – 10pm
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting maintenance and engineering tasks across the site
* Assisting with fault finding and basic repairs
* Learning from experienced engineers and developing hands‑on skills
* Working within a high‑volume manufacturing environment
* Following health & safety and compliance procedures
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Any engineering qualification (Level 2 or above)
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and progress
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work across rotating shifts
