We are currently working with a leading business basedin Kings Hill.
Due to retirement, they areseeking an Administrator to join their established team on afull-time, ongoing temporary basis - this role may becomepermanent.
Responsibilities willinclude:
* Process a high volume of timesheetsonto an in-house system
* Reception duties - answeringthe phone and greeting visitors
* Dealing with day-to-dayenquiries from Suppliers, Engineers and ExternalContractors
* Ensure positive/helpful ethos exists in theteam and office
* Undertake any other duties as requestedby the business
The ideal candidate will beable to demonstrate:
Excellent administrationskills
Good basic education to include English &Maths GCSE's
Good IT skills including use of Word andExcel
Excellent communication skills
Excellenttelephone manner
Excellent attention todetail
Excellent organisationskills
This is a lovely role working for asmall team in a fantastic location with the potential for becominga permanent position. Hours for this role are Monday to Friday9am-5pm with 30 minutes forlunch.
