Project Coordinator (CAD & Projects)
Location: Braintree
Full-Time | Permanent
£28,500 - £32,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Producing and amending 2D CAD drawings for commercial ventilation and HVAC projects
* Preparing detailed quotations and costings based on client specifications
* Liaising with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide updates
* Coordinating project enquiries and maintaining accurate records for installation teams
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Candidate Requirements
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
* Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not essential
