Your new role
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Podcast Producer with a strong track record in both podcast and video production, alongside excellent talent management skills. Reporting to an Executive Producer, you will work independently and with Senior Producers on various podcasts. You will help shape the editorial direction of multiple Global Original podcasts and oversee the daily production process. This includes developing original formats, managing talent, and ensuring each show resonates with its target audience. You should understand how compelling video content and social media strategies can amplify podcast reach. Your focus will be on growing audiences, increasing discoverability, and creating shareable content.

What You’ll Need
* At least 3 years’ experience in podcast or live radio production.
* Creativity and imagination in audio and video production, with editing skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro; willingness to learn After Effects is a plus.
* Experience with video technology (hardware/software) is advantageous.
* Understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
* Strong talent management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Flexibility across categories and awareness of diversity and inclusion.
* Deep knowledge of current podcasting trends and industry landscape.
* Active listener of diverse podcasts.
* Ability to promote podcasts and create supplementary social media content to boost audiences.
