Oversee the collection of outstanding debt and ensure customer accounts are managed effectively. Monitor aged debt and implement strategies to improve cash collection performance. Resolve escalated customer queries and payment disputes in a timely manner. Produce regular reports and KPI analysis for senior management. Review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
