Key Duties Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of customer contracts, subcontracts, and framework agreements. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, export controls (ITAR, EAR), and industry standards such as AS9100. Manage contract changes, claims, and dispute resolution to maintain strong customer relationships. Support tendering and bid management activities to secure new business opportunities. Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve target margins and profitability. Collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing, and cash flow management. Act as the main commercial contact for assigned customers and aerospace programmes. Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
