We have an opportunity for an Information, Support and Advice Officer to join our Family Hub Team supporting our service across the South Lakes area.
You will work in a complex customer service area, undertaking day to day administrative duties for the Family Hubs and being the first point of contact for families and young people offering support and advice and helping them access local services.

What we are looking for / Qualifications
* Proven experience of providing a high level of service delivery and excellent customer service.
* Experience of working within a large, complex organisation and of planning and prioritising workload.
* Strong communication skills (written, face-to-face and over Teams) and excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Awareness and understanding of Family Help and Family Hubs and the ability to engage with colleagues and partners at all levels as well as with families and young people.
