Role Responsibilities
* Providing support as a Learning Support Assistant to individual pupils and small groups to facilitate their learning
* Modifying classroom activities and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs
* Assisting teachers in implementing personalized learning plans
* Helping to build independence and self-confidence in pupils with special educational needs
Candidate Profile
* Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant with children who have SEN
* Knowledge of effective strategies to support a broad range of additional needs
* Patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to working with children
* Based locally or able to reliably commute to West Bromwich
