Job Description
Exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Structured Finance Director - EMEA to join a European Corporate & Investment Bank in London.
The role involves:
* Origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors within the EMEA region.
* Supervising transaction, portfolio, and administrative activities of vice presidents, associates, and analysts.
* Coordinating with internal stakeholders.
* Monitoring internal ratings, risk assessments, periodic reports, credit reviews, waivers, and amendments related to structured finance transactions, and assisting portfolio managers.
* Ensuring compliance with the requirements for a Certified Person.
The Successful Candidate
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and TMT project finance and structured finance transactions, including due diligence, credit analysis, execution, modeling, documentation, and administration.
Required competencies include:
* A degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
* Formal credit training.
* Extensive background in credit analysis and financial modeling.
* Practical knowledge of financial products, finance, accounting, and documentation.
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
* Strong credit, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to conduct independent due diligence and analyze industry trends.
* Experience as a transaction manager or deal team coordinator for complex transactions.
* Advisory experience is a plus.
* Team-oriented personality.
