You will make each Stoneacre customer feel valued, and provide the highest level of after sales customer care, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales department in daily controls.
* Ensure the smooth running of stock checks.
* Work efficiently and effectively alongside the Accounts, Service and Parts department.
* Assist in raising invoices and taxing vehicles, ensuring all parts of the delivery process have been completed.
* Maintain a professional manner at all times and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles.
* Communicate effectively, in person, by telephone or email to deliver premium customer advice and satisfaction at all times.
Key Qualifications
* Previous sales administration experience within the automotive industry would be helpful; administrative experience in another environment will be considered with full training.
* Previous experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a similar system would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Committed to providing excellent customer service and able to thrive in a busy high‑pressured environment.
