Role Summary: As a Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for carrying out painting works within wards, communal areas, offices, break out areas and washrooms. This role requires a positive person, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities: * Repair and maintain walls, including striping back, patch work and painting. * Supporting the wider engineering team with HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks as required * Assisting the Fabric team with replacing / repairing doors, easing locks, replacing / repairing skirting boards * Ensure risk assessments are available and ensure safe working practices with consideration for the environment and others' safety.
