Senior HR An established organisation operating within a complex, regulated environment is seeking a Senior HR Lead to head its HR function and partner closely with senior stakeholders. The Role This is a senior, hands-on HR leadership position with responsibility for delivering both strategic and operational HR support across the business. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and developing the organisation’s HR strategy in line with business objectives * Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters * Managing employee relations, performance management, and organisational change * Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and internal governance standards * Overseeing HR policies, processes, and systems * Driving engagement, capability development, and succession planning initiatives The Person You will be a confident and commercially minded HR professional, comfortable operating in a senior leadership environment and managing complex people matters.
