Legal Counsel - Cambridgeshire with hybrid working
Client
An innovative healthcare technology organisation
Role
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
* Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters including commercial, IP and data protection
* Risk management and protection of IP rights, patents and trademarks
* Wide commercial experience across this growing business, including regular exposure to the board
You
* 5+ years PQE solicitor with a proven track record in complex commercial agreements and strong knowledge of data protection law
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to communicate complex legal issues in accessible terms
* Proactive, adaptable and eager to keep abreast of relevant legal developments and regulation changes
* Experience in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
