 
        Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is inviting applications for the post of Operational Manager within the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service (ADRS), based at the Back Sneddon Centre in Paisley. This is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operational management of ADRS, overseeing the delivery of integrated alcohol and drug services across Renfrewshire. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, social care, recovery, and peer support staff. The role involves implementing robust systems for communication, governance, supervision, and service planning, while promoting integration between health and social care. The post holder will also manage budgets, support staff development, and contribute to wider service improvement initiatives in collaboration with local and regional partners. Applicants should hold a relevant professional qualification and be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with extensive experience in alcohol and drug recovery services, including substantial experience in a management or leadership role (typically equivalent to five years in recovery services and two years in management). A strong understanding of health and social care systems, policies, and legislation is essential, along with a commitment to emotionally resilient leadership and recovery-focused care.
