In this role, you will\u00A0work across a variety of projects,\u00A0working with a range of stakeholders\u00A0to best assure compliance.\u00A0\n\nTo apply for this programme, you will need to have\u00A02 A-Levels or equivalent at grade C.\u00A0You will also need a minimum of 5 GCSEâs or equivalent at grade 4 (C) â 9 (A) including Maths and English.\u00A0\u00A0\n\nBy the end of the programme,\u00A0youâll\u00A0be ready for roles across the FCAâs\u00A0Regulatory\u00A0profession, including\u00A0divisions\u00A0such as Supervision, Policy & Competition and\u00A0Authorisations.\u00A0 The key responsibilities of a\u00A0Regulatory Compliance\u00A0Apprentice\u00A0will include:\u202F\u00A0\n\nLearn and apply the FCAâs supervisory approach by working on a range of supervision and\u00A0authorisation\u00A0cases, supported by senior colleagues.\u00A0\u00A0\n\nAnalyse data, information and intelligence to\u00A0identify\u00A0risks, inform supervisory judgements, and support proportionate intervention decisions.\u00A0\n\nManage a portfolio\u00A0of\u00A0\u00A0cases\u00A0either in supervision policy and competition or authorisations, including engaging with firms, assessing compliance, and progressing matters in line with agreed processes and service standards.\u00A0\n\nUndertake risk assessments and support inspections,\u00A0audits\u00A0and investigations, including work arising from complaints, incidents or\u00A0identified\u00A0nonâcompliance.\u00A0\n\nAssist\u00A0with investigations following regulatory breaches, including gathering evidence, documenting\u00A0findings\u00A0and supporting corrective actions.\u00A0\n\nPromote compliance by providing clear advice and guidance to\u00A0firms, and\u00A0following up to assess the effectiveness of remedial actions.\u00A0\n\nWork collaboratively with internal teams and partner agencies to support effective supervision and regulatory outcomes.\u00A0\n\nContribute to the delivery of new regulatory initiatives and policy changes, supporting readiness activity and operational implementation.\u00A0\n\nProduce highâquality outputs such as case notes, assessments,\u00A0briefings\u00A0and project support materials.\u00A0\n\nActively\u00A0participate\u00A0in training and development programmes, applying learning\u00A0to dayâtoâday work and sharing knowledge with the wider team.\u00A0\n\nTake opportunities to contribute beyond core casework, supporting team projects and wider departmental or crossâorganisation initiatives.\u00A0 To apply for this programme, you will need to have\u00A02 A-Levels or equivalent at grade C.\u00A0You will also need a minimum of 5 GCSEâs or equivalent at grade 4 (C) â 9 (A) including Maths and English.\u00A0\u00A0
