Overview
We are recruiting a Regional Supply Chain Manager (EMEA) for a global, publicly listed manufacturing organisation operating across the energy transmission & distribution, renewables, and telecommunications sectors.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape and strengthen the regional supply chain function, delivering measurable improvements across logistics, sourcing, materials management, and supplier performance. Reporting into a global sourcing leadership role, you will gain strong exposure to international operations and see the direct impact of your work on business performance.
This is a hands-on, operational role suited to an experienced supply chain professional who is analytical, data-driven, and confident making informed decisions. You will lead by example, encouraging challenge, continuous improvement, and best-practice adoption across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive improvements in supply chain management processes in collaboration with site leadership, supporting both local and global objectives
* Implement regional logistics strategies to reduce cost, risk, and lead times
* Harmonise HTS codes and provide guidance on CBAM compliance to minimise duty within regulatory frameworks
* Support site materials management during specific projects or resource constraints
* Train and embed best practices across forecasting, planning, scheduling, order fulfilment, and materials management
* Align supplier performance metrics and lead actions against regional priorities
* Support sites in meeting EU origin requirements to inform manufacturing and sourcing strategies
* Partner with local and global sourcing teams on supplier strategies, agreements, and logistics contracts
* Champion digital tools and platforms to improve material movement and visibility (EDI, API, data warehouses, WMS, dashboards, etc.)
* Support new product development and supplier relationship management as required
* Monitor supplier performance and cost across the region
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (operational, reputational, regulatory)
* Promote sustainability and safety across the supply chain
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
* Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CPIM, or IoSCM are advantageous
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar supply chain management role
* Strong working knowledge of S&OP, inventory management, production control, scheduling, procurement, and warehousing
* In-depth, hands-on experience with MRP systems
* Knowledge of ERP and WMS platforms
* Proven track record of developing and executing supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities
* Confident user of project management tools
* Fluent in both conversational and technical English
