About the Job Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Process and log supplier invoices and review employee expense claims. Assist with monthly supplier reconciliations and statement checks. Allocate cash to customer accounts and support debt collection, liaising with internal teams as needed. Assist with export sales documentation and related finance paperwork. Perform TSS declarations and liaise with external vendors. Complete transportation cost analysis and provide commentary for management review. Support payroll processing and resolve day-to-day queries from customers and suppliers. Provide general administrative support within the Finance & Accounts team, including reception and post duties.
