You’ll advise landowners and rural businesses on development opportunities including residential schemes, renewables, telecommunications and natural capital initiatives such as carbon and biodiversity projects. The role will also involve advising on agricultural holdings, rural tenancies, estate management work and a range of title and land-related issues. You’ll gain experience across both transactional and advisory work, supporting clients with commercially focused legal solutions.
