Tower Glass (Bournemouth) Ltd (Part of the Gardner Newton Group) is looking for an Trade Counter / Internal Sales Assistant to join our team.

You will ideally come from a glass industry or have experience in an internal sales/customer service or Trade counter position, a positive can do attitude and a driving license.
Working in a fast paced Internal Sales position you will need to be self motivated & driven, capable of working without supervision and be able to use your own initiative. You will need to come with bags of enthusiasm and have excellent communication & people skills.
Full training will be given.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30
Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 (Working 2 out of 3 Saturdays)
No Sunday working
Your role will involve
* Cold Calling/prospecting for new business.
* Calling existing clients to win a bigger share of wallet.
* Taking in-coming calls, answering queries and taking/processing orders.
* Responsible for account customer sales to achieve sales targets.
* Support the delivery of Trade Counter/Showroom targets and maintaining positive customer relationship.
* Provide support to the General Manager.
* Laising with the factory & booking deliveries.
* Housekeeping & general admin duties.
* Input into advertising/Social Media and point of sale.
* Occasional deliveries
You must be computer literate and have good attention to detail.
Basic Maths skills are essential including being able to use a tape measure, measuring & calculating areas & sizes for quotations.
