Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in King's Lynn, United Kingdom. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals through personalised exercise programmes and expert guidance.
* Design and deliver bespoke fitness programmes tailored to individual client needs and goals
* Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
* Perform fitness assessments and track clients' progress, adjusting programmes as necessary
* Provide expert advice on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications
* Lead a variety of group fitness classes and workshops to engage and motivate members
* Participate in member onboarding programmes to build relationships with potential clients
* Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
* Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices
* Promote and sell personal training services to gym members
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive gym atmosphere
Qualifications
* Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (essential)
* CIMSPA membership certificate 'Practitioner' Level
* Public Liability Insurance (£2m cover or more)
* Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to create and implement personalised fitness programmes
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Enthusiasm for fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their goals
* Strong motivational and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Experience in leading group fitness classes (desirable)
* Proficiency in using fitness-tracking software and technology (desirable)
