Job Overview:
This is a fabulous opportunity to join our passionate team, driving the website forward through optimisation, development and analytics. You will work closely with the channel owners to drive online sales growth, optimizing the user experience using solid CRO principles, and ensuring smooth website performance across our two ecommerce platforms. You will be both strategic and customer focus across both day to day website management and long term development plans. You will be fully involved in the website management process and will be working very closely with both our internal teams as well as external partners. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and thoroughly enjoy asking questions.
Based at our Brighton HQ, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Merchandising and Operations to support the broader commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities:
•\tDevelop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and profitability
•\tAnalyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics
•\tOptimize website user experience (UX) and conversion rates
•\tCollaborate with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams
•\tMonitor KPIs (traffic, conversions, sales, customer satisfaction) and provide data-driven recommendations.
•\tOversee website development, from scoping to UAT.
•\tOptimize product discoverability, navigation, and key pages.
•\tBuild and optimize landing pages and personalization strategies.
•\tDrive a customer-first approach to enhance the buying journey.
•\tManage agencies for CRO, SEO, and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•\t4+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
•\tStrong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and conversion optimization
•\tExperience with ecommerce platforms and CMS systems
•\tExperience with A/B testing, CRO, and user testing
•\tStrong understanding of data, analytics and reporting tools
•\tStrong leadership and project management skills
•\tExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
•\tExperience managing online product catalogues at scale
•\tExperience with HTML & JavaScript
