Responsibilities
* Plan and support engaging, age‑appropriate activities
* Assist in delivering the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum
* Support children aged 0–5 with learning and development
* Help create a safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor environment
* Observe children’s progress and contribute to learning journals
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Promote safeguarding, health, and wellbeing at all times
Qualifications
* Level 2 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, Level 2 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent)
* Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A positive, nurturing, and proactive attitude
* Experience as a Nursery Assistant, Early Years Practitioner, Childcare Assistant, Preschool Assistant, or Nursery Nurse is highly desirable
