Role: Sales & Business Development Coordinator
Location: Highbridge
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Sales & Business Development Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Highbridge, covering the Bournemouth catchment area.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will develop and promote the company’s hiring business, support in achieving KPIs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Relationship building is key to this role.
You should be highly organized, driven, tenacious, a self-starter, confident, and reliable. Experience in business development, customer service, and sales (office-based) is required. You will work in a supportive environment with positive colleagues.
Essential Experience: This role involves targeted calling campaigns and contacting prospective customers as part of a structured business development approach, aiming to develop relationships with both existing and new customers and create sales opportunities.
As a Sales & Business Development Coordinator, you will:
* Carry out structured business development and local/national campaigns to win new business within your designated area and achieve order targets.
* Review and finalize quotations and drawings against customer requirements.
* Follow up on live quotations to generate urgency and advance clients to order.
* Respond to customer inquiries to generate orders.
* Maximize added value by promoting the full range of Building Services.
* Complete customer care programs to ensure satisfaction, business continuity, and referral opportunities.
* Build and maintain a wide network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
* Confidently follow up and close sales quotations.
* Use IT systems effectively to keep customer information up to date.
