Pay rate: Starts from £13.70 an hour; increases to £14.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.
We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and give you 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if the times you are available match closely but not exactly to advertised times, we still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
* Supporting the operation of one of our new modern pharmacies
* Applying technical skills and strong customer focus to accurately dispense medication for customers
* Dispensing prescription medicines with attention to detail and accuracy at all times
* Talking to customers and offering information confidently, friendly and professionally, ensuring a great service
* Offering appropriate information on common ailments, symptoms and products
* Understanding customers' needs, explaining benefits of products in a way they understand, and only selling products that are right for the customer
* Advising customers on range of pharmacy services available
* Supporting and delivering pharmacy services and dispensing process according to SOPs
* Assessing legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions
* Dealing with clinical and legal queries from healthcare practitioners within area of competence
* Responding to customer queries in relation to prescription medicines, informing pharmacist of any complaints
* Ensuring all dispensary routines and SOPs are followed
* Ensuring dispensary and consulting rooms are clean, tidy and free of clutter
* Ensuring all prescription administration is accurate and completed on time
* Bringing promotional activities and company initiatives within the team to life
* Carrying out all procedures accurately to protect profit and ensure safe and legal trading
* Completing corporate and departmental training
* Keeping up to date with legal and professional developments in pharmacy
Qualifications
* Qualifications gained from working in a pharmacy environment
* A desire to train and develop into pharmacy field
