We are scaling at pace and are looking for a Group Digital Marketing Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. What you’ll be doing💡
* You’ll lead the charge on digital campaigns, content strategy and brand positioning across all QXi brands. You’ll be responsible for:
* · Running inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that generate quality leads (clients and candidates)
* · Owning and optimising HubSpot journeys, nurture flows and CRM segmentation
* · Creating high-performing content across email, social, blog and website
* · Managing and growing our social media presence, with a strong LinkedIn focus
* · Using AI marketing tools to streamline campaigns and scale content production
* · Leading on webinars, panels and marketing-led events
* · Building branded sales enablement materials (decks, brochures, case studies)
* · Ensuring consistent brand identity and tone across all touchpoints
* · Measuring success using GA4, HubSpot and campaign KPIs
What we’re looking for 🔍
You’ve got 3 or more years of digital marketing experience and ideally 18+ months in recruitment or B2B services. You’re creative, commercial and excited to take full ownership of a multi-brand digital function.
Must-haves:
* · Minimum 18 months years in recruitment marketing or related B2B sector
* · Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4 and CRM automation
* · Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT) to enhance output
* · Strong writing and storytelling skills
* · Proven experience managing campaigns, content, social media and events
* · Confident creating and refining branded materials and sales collateral
* · Results-oriented, curious and collaborative
