About The Role
Key Responsibilities for Fire Alarm Contracts Manager:
* Contract Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of domestic fire alarm projects across London, including planning, execution, and completion
* Technical Oversight: Ensure all installations meet BS 5839 standards and relevant fire safety regulations
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction
* Team Coordination: Manage engineers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship
* Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, variations, and profitability across all contracts
* Compliance & QA: Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery
Requirements for Fire Alarm Contracts Manager
* Proven experience managing fire alarm contracts
* Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, standards, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Full UK driving licence
