We are looking for a Chef De Rang to join the team at our Michelin starred restaurant Ormer Mayfair by Sofian Msetfi.

As a Chef De Rang you should be able to contribute to the smooth running of the dinner service, you should be able to provide Ormer customers with an unforgettable and personalized experience following our exceptional standard.
This job is full time, afternoon/evening work, 5 days a week. Ormer is closed Sundays and Mondays.

What will be expected of you?
As Chef De Rang you will have a very good product knowledge, you will be able to explain menus and manage the pressures of a busy shift.
At the heart of the restaurants operation, you need to be able to communicate with the staff, management and the clientele.
You will ensure a prompt and professional food service to our guests at all times.
You will set up and clear tables to the correct standard, assist with mise en place and run the pass on occasions.
Assist commis waiters/tresses when need it.
You will be able to work well under pressure and strive for excellence.
The ideal candidate would have worked in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant.
