3. Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner.
4. Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable home products and solutions.
5. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of home products, including features, benefits, and aftercare.
6. Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
7. Help clients reserve plots
8. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor.
9. Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, or after-sales concerns.
10. Stay up-to-date on product lines, promotions, and company policies.
11. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
