Restaurant Supervisor – Burger Theory, Bristol

We're now looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly and energetic team. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about hospitality, loves working with people, and wants to help deliver a fun, memorable dining experience for every guest.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
* Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service.
* Ensuring smooth shifts, from opening to close.
* Maintaining high standards of customer care and operational efficiency.
* Being a hands-on supervisor who's not afraid to jump in where needed.

* Previous supervisory or hospitality experience is ideal, but a strong team player with the right attitude will go far.
* Someone with great people skills who can keep both customers and staff smiling.
