We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. As a Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks, promote their independence, and ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care (such as bathing, dressing, and toileting), meal preparation, medication support, light housekeeping, and providing companionship. You will also be expected to monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or circumstances to the appropriate supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and reliable, with excellent communication skills. Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. You must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is required in your role.
