Responsibilities of the Senior HCA:
* Supervise healthcare assistants, ensuring top-notch patient care.
* Assess patient needs and create customized care plans.
* Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and oversee procedures.
* Mentor and support junior healthcare assistants' professional development.
Requirements (Social Care):
* 6 months in-UK care experience
* DBS on the Update Service
* Practical Moving and Handling/Manual Handling certificate
