Who We Are Looking For
We seek a positive, self-motivated professional with project management experience to implement AuditBoard’s software. The Implementation Project Lead (UK) will manage all aspects of implementations from sales handoff to system go-live.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop deep product knowledge and guide customers through implementation, including kickoff, design, and user acceptance testing.
2. Gather and interpret customer requirements to configure the AuditBoard solution accordingly.
3. Serve as project manager for various implementation project sizes.
4. Maintain project status and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
* 3+ years in professional services roles such as Project Manager, IT Compliance Officer, or Auditor.
* Experience in GRC frameworks, processes, or tools (highly preferred).
* Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Diplomatic negotiation skills to connect across organizational levels.
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
* Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Self-managed workload with limited oversight.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Prior experience with AuditBoard is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
* Fluency in English and German (written and verbal); knowledge of French is advantageous.
