FITS is a fashion marketplace connecting stylists, clothing brands, and shoppers to reinvent the online shopping journey. Our goal is to emulate the experience of having a personal stylist and easily shop looks that are stylist-approved.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Marketing Intern to join our small and growing team, with a specific focus on managing our social presence, actively participating in social engagements, and consistently outputting new content related to the newest fashion trends and launches.
If you are creative, have experience in fashion editing, and know how to organise content and post with aesthetic flair, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented with a strong ability to effectively and efficiently multitask. Dynamic and hands-on, you will have the freedom to take your initiative.
Tasks WHAT YOU WILL DO
Analysing social audience and opportunities for growth
Being the 'first to know' about key trends, news, and launches relevant to or viable for our followers
Create regular edits and other content on the key trends, launches, and news
Identifying opportunities to take the brand’s social channels to the next level
Scheduling social media posts to ensure regular content drops at high-traffic moments
Diversifying content formats and incorporating video content across relevant platforms
Staying abreast of platform functionalities and incorporating new feature updates into content delivery
Reviewing post-performance and delivering analysis reports
Closely monitor live campaigns ensuring that activity delivers as scheduled and optimised for performance
Contribute to the media planning process by assisting with research and market analysis
Requirements WHO YOU ARE
You have extensive social media management experience
You are self-driven and very much a solutions-focused individual.
You are curious-minded and are always on the hunt for the greatest brands/trends.
You love to take initiative and continuously make sure you keep up with the trends.
You can keep your cool in stressful situations and have a 'nothing is impossible' attitude
You are a social individual with excellent communication skills and know-how to build meaningful relationships.
You have the ability to produce good quality images on iPhone.
