In this role, you will be providing 1:1 support to a child who requires assistance in managing their behaviour and improving their attention span in class. About the Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely with a child who faces challenges with behaviour and attention. Your main responsibility will be helping the child manage and regulate their behaviour in the classroom, ensuring that they are able to focus and participate in lessons. You will work with the child on a personalised plan, helping them develop positive behaviours and coping strategies.
