Role Overview
* Casual (bank) position: work as required and choose any work offered.
* Front line of care delivery as a relief Care Assistant.
* Assist residents with personal care, medical care and social interests.
* Build a special bond with each resident, provide emotional support during difficult times.
* Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, getting around, respecting dignity and independence.
* Integral to developing residents Care Plans and aware of specialist support needs.
Pay & Benefits
* Pay benchmarked against similar employed staff, based on casual bank worker assignment agreement.
* Accrue leave at equivalent rate of 31 days paid leave in a full calendar year, pro rata.
* Mandatory training at induction; keep training up to date for future assignments.

* New to care or seeking retraining welcomed; no experience required – training provided.
