We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Supply Chain & Office Support Coordinator to provide day to day support to our Milton Keynes Engineering Tech Hub. This is a varied and hands on role combining purchasing and supply chain administration with office and site support responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement of engineering components and consumables, coordinating goods in and goods out activities, and supporting the smooth operation of our office and front of house services. Acting as a central point of contact for suppliers, visitors, and internal teams, you will help keep the MK site running efficiently and professionally. This role is for 24 hours per week Key Responsibilities Purchasing & Supply Chain Support Raise purchase orders for engineering components, consumables, and site requirements in line with internal processes. Liaise directly with suppliers to obtain quotations, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Expediting orders where required and providing regular updates to the Supply Chain Development Manager and local teams. Support requisition processes and maintain accurate purchasing records within the ERP/MRP system. Work closely with engineering to anticipate demand and support material availability. Goods In / Goods Out Administration Process all delivery and dispatch documentation accurately and promptly. Coordinate courier bookings and shipping arrangements as required. Ensure incoming goods are logged, discrepancies recorded, and issues escalated if needed. Maintain clear communication between stores, engineering, and suppliers to support smooth material flow. Office & Site Support Act as front of house including greeting visitors and contractors. Manage visitor, site and contractor badge administration. Oversee office and kitchen supplies maintaining adequate stock levels. Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, and ensure conference rooms are appropriately prepared and stocked for customer attended meetings. Arrange travel bookings, including taxis and other transport requirements, as necessary. Provide general administrative support to the site. Support site inductions and assist with day to day office operations to ensure a safe, organised, and efficient working environment. Manage the equipment calibration schedule, ensuring all tools, equipment and instruments are monitored, booked, and sent for calibration when due.
